These terms cover our online floor plan drawing service. We’ve kept them short and plain. If anything’s unclear, just email us.
Who we are
Bricks and Media is a property photography business based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, run by Craig Reynolds. Bricks and Media is a trading name of Peapod Media, 4 Pastorale Road, Bromsgrove, B60 2TP, United Kingdom.

These terms apply to everyone who orders, including business customers such as estate agencies. The consumer cancellation rights in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply only to consumers.
What you get
You send us a measured sketch and we turn it into a clean, professional floor plan. You can choose from three styles:
- 2D Colour
- 2D Black & White
- 3D Cutaway
Your plans are sent to you by email as digital files.
What you need to provide
To draw your plan, we need a measured sketch, uploaded through our website:
- one sketch per floor
- every wall measured
- every room named
If you’ve chosen the logo watermark, you’ll also need to upload your logo at checkout. SVG works best. Otherwise, use a transparent PNG at least 1000px wide.
Pricing
Prices are per property, however many floors it has. No VAT is charged.
- One style: £5
- All 3 styles: £8
Add-ons:
- Your own logo as a watermark: +£1
- Graphic enhancements, such as furniture: +£4, charged once per property, even if you order all 3 styles.
- Airbnb / holiday-let option, with all Bricks and Media branding removed: free.
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). We sell worldwide. You pay online, by card through Stripe or by PayPal.
Delivery
We’ll email your plans within 2 hours, at any time of day, and that includes orders with add-ons.
The 2-hour clock starts once we have everything we need. That means a readable sketch with all measurements and room names, plus your logo if you chose the watermark. If something’s missing or unclear, we’ll get in touch, and the clock starts once it’s sorted.
Corrections
One round of corrections is included.
A correction is when we fix our own drawing mistakes, or anything that doesn’t match the sketch you sent us. For example:
- a room name that’s wrong
- a measurement drawn differently from your sketch
- a door or window in the wrong place
A correction is not:
- new measurements, or a different layout from your original sketch
- adding rooms or floors
- changing style after delivery (that’s a new order)
- adding add-ons after delivery
Please ask for corrections within 14 days of delivery. Just reply to your delivery email or contact us at craig@bricksandmedia.com.
Accuracy and disclaimer
Your plans are based on the measurements in your sketch. We draw what you give us, so we’re not responsible for errors in your sketch.
Every plan includes a note saying it is “not drawn to scale, for illustrative purposes only”. Any furniture shown is indicative, using typical UK furniture sizes.
Using your plans
You’re welcome to use your plans to market your property, for example in listings, brochures and online.
Every plan carries a small “Floor plan by Bricks and Media” credit, unless you tick the free Airbnb / holiday-let option when you order. If you choose that option, we remove all Bricks and Media branding from your plans, including the credit. Where the credit appears, please leave it in place.
Your logo
If you upload a logo for the watermark, you’re confirming that you own it or have the right to use it. If you choose both the logo watermark and the free Airbnb / holiday-let option, your plans will show your logo only, with no Bricks and Media branding.
Our liability
If something goes wrong, our liability is limited to the price you paid for your order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can’t be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
